return policy

Our Guarantee
Green to Grow is proud to offer exceptional products. We feel strongly about supporting parents as they seek to find the right bottle for their individual babies; however, we can no longer accept more than one used bottle and/or one used package of nipples per order as a return. Before washing all of your new bottles, please try just one Green to Grow bottle for several feedings and see how your baby adjusts. If you do end up returning one or more items, please leave everything in the original packaging, but do not close the tab of the used item(s).

We have found an overwhelming number of babies have a positive experience using Green to Grow baby bottles. There are a small percentage of babies, however, who have a difficult time transitioning from one bottle to another—particularly when coming from a vented nipple/system such as Avent, Dr. Brown’s, or Born Free. We are currently working on developing a vented nipple for our bottles, but don’t currently have one available. In the meantime, if your baby has trouble transitioning from a vented nipple/system, you may want to try the Gerber Orthodontic NUK nipple, which is vented and fits both our regular neck and wide neck bottles. The Dr. Brown’s regular neck and wide neck nipples also fit the Green to Grow bottles; however, they are not vented.

Tips for preventing nipples collapse
  1. Do not over-tighten the ring that attaches the nipple to the bottle. This is the #1 cause of nipple collapse. The ring should be tight enough so that is doesn’t leak or fall off, but not so tight that it cuts off all air circulation.
  2. If nipple collapses into the bottle, loosen the ring, lift it to let air into the bottle, and pull out the nipple. When reattaching the ring, do not over-tighten it. Lack of air circulation can cause nipple to collapse into the bottle.
