The best way to contact Green to Grow Customer service is by phone or email. shipping information
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delays at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 5 days after placing your order.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Green to Grow (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
